Please inform me of any special dietary requirements and known allergies to any ingredients before ordering your cake.

 

Nut allergies: our cakes are only baked with nuts where nuts are mentioned in the menu. Nuts used in our kitchen are stored separately from other ingredients.

We cannot guarantee a completely nut free environment or any nut contamination during the baking process.

 

Allergens: our cakes contain eggs, sugar, wheat flour, (gluten), real butter, chocolate, fruit, jams, dairy, dried fruit and nuts and alcohol.

 

Special diets: I can provide gluten free cakes and a range of vegan cakes on request.

 

Fresh cream/cream cheese: we use these ingredients so care must be taken with their storage and use by dates.  Our cake does not include food preservatives. They need to be stored out of direct light both sun light and electric light in the refrigerator after the event, at ambient room temperatures during the event and consumed within 72 hours.

My Kitchen is registered with Powys County Council for the safe preparation of food and I hold % star hygiene rating and a HACCP certificate in Food Handling and Hygiene for Managers and Supervisors of food businesses - inspection pending.
